Teflon coated 0.3 micron ( 1/3000th of a millimeter) filters are at the heart of Micronairs specialised fume extractors. Where spark is a possibility we offer in line spark suppression systems. Discharge to a compact steel bin with eccentric clamp 'quickfit' and fully variable cleaning cycles to suit different applications.
Powerfull reverse pulse cleaning automatically cleans the filters while you work.
Tighter pleats are used to increase filter area to 6.6 sq m per filter.
Vent options if explosive waste is present.
Filter pre- conditioning powders are supplied where applicable
